Last Sunday, Muscle Beach was honored to have IFBB Pro Silvio Samuel workout at the ‘Weight Pen’. Silvio is training for the upcoming Mr. Olympia and the crowds were ecstatic to be able to watch his professional workout. The intense commitment of this IFBB Pro to his workout routine was recognized and acknowledged by the crowd at Muscle Beach. What a great opportunity…. What a great trend has been set for professional bodybuilders working out at Muscle Beach.
